Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We want visits to be simple and fair for everyone.
Requesting
Send an appointment request with your preferred Monday to Saturday time. We confirm availability with you. We are closed on Sunday.
Rescheduling
If you need to change a confirmed time, contact us as early as you can on WhatsApp or by phone so we can offer another slot.
Cancellations
Please let us know in good time if you cannot make a confirmed appointment. Specific deposit or cancellation terms, if any, are confirmed with you when you book, as they depend on the service.
This site does not take deposits or payments online.
